Heart-to-Heart

WEN’s programs provide practical, realistic training and counseling based on the needs of today’s business environment. WEN’s employer partnerships have been instrumental in connecting women to quality job opportunities and employers to quality, prepared workers.

With WEN, businesses enter into a mutually beneficial partnership that offers:

  • A diverse pool of job candidates who have been assessed and prepared for workplace success
  • Lower cost per hire with pre-screened candidates
  • Volunteer and professional development opportunities for employees
  • An investment in the community to help women, stabilize families and boost the local economy

Specifically, businesses can partner with WEN in a variety of ways. For more information, click on PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

If you have a job opportunity for a WEN graduate, please contact Tonia Bomar at (816) 822-8082, x101, or email tbomar@kcwen.org.
