Legacy Circle

The Beth K. Smith and Marjorie Powell Allen Legacy Circle

By joining the Legacy Circle, you become part of Kansas City’s proud tradition of empowering women and families. You also help honor and continue the critical work of Beth K. Smith and the late Marjorie Powell Allen—Kansas City visionaries who founded the Women’s Employment Network twenty-five years ago.

How to Join the Legacy Circle

Legacy Circle donors commit to a minimum contribution of $500 each year for two years to support WEN’s training and support services. Legacy Circle members choose their level of participation by joining as a:

Visionary—$500
Founder—$1000
Legend—$3000

Recognition

Legacy Circle donors will be featured on the WEN website, in the monthly newsletters, and each year in the program of the WEN annual luncheon. In addition, Legacy Circle members are cordially invited to the annual Legacy Circle Recognition event (held in autumn).

Honor A Legacy in Your Own Life

Your Legacy Circle contribution can become a meaningful tribute in honor or in memory of someone who has been a source of support and guidance in your life. WEN will send a formal acknowledgement of your Legacy Circle contribution in their honor.
