Learn How Your Company Can Get Involved With Workplace Spa For A Cause.
The Workplace Spa Charitable Foundation was established in 2009 to support non-profit organizations in the Kansas City community who focus on either: health, education, children, or women related concerns. In addition, the non-profit organizations must have corporate partners with at least 200 or more employees.
Workplace Spa will offer the non-profit's Corporate Partners an opportunity to bring their signature Workplace Spa program to their company free of charge. Instead, the employee has the opportunity to make a minimum $35.00 donation with 40% of all proceeds donated going to the charity.
In return, the employee (donor) will receive the signature 20 minute Workplace Spa pampering and relaxation session. Funds collected will go to the Workplace Spa Charitable Foundation and then immediately granted to the non-profit on behalf of the employees of the Corporate Partner.

Several companies in town have experienced Workplace Spa: KCP&L, University of Missouri - Kansas City, Bryan Cave LLP, and Quintiles.
In addition, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City currently has 4 Workplace Spa sessions set-up and each will benefit the Women's Employment Network. The first of 4 checks was presented on April 7th at a WEN Fund Development Committee Meeting.
