Career Path
At the core of the Dimension's program is Career Path, comprised of three training modules that provide women with a foundation for employment success. Career Path is a five-week, half-day program, offered in the morning or afternoon to accommodate a variety of schedules. Career Path includes:

Career Exploration
Essential Job Tools
Interview Strategies
Job Search Resources

Career Exploration – Through various assessment tools, women identify their skills, interests, and values to guide them in determining employment options, training needs and career goals.

Essential Job Tools – Women learn how to package their unique skills, abilities and experience into concise resumes and effective cover letters that open doors to interviews and quality job opportunities.

Interview Strategies – Women practice interviewing skills through a series of mock interviews conducted by professional volunteers from area businesses.

Job Search Resources –Women learn how to search and apply for jobs, register with job search sites, and research potential employers. WEN’s Career Specialists assist women with self-directed job searches and connect them to job leads provided to WEN by area employers.

Participation Requirements
Women must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED to participate in WEN training programs.

Registration Hours
Registration takes approximately 1 hour. Please bring a picture ID and your Social Security card.
