In addition to our 5-week program, WEN offers a variety of additional trainings and workshops, which include:

Workplace Development
Women learn the vital skills necessary for employment success, including time management, conflict management, business etiquette, problem-solving, teamwork and cultural diversity. -
Personal Management
Faced with juggling demands of work and family life, women need the skills and support resources to strike a successful balance. This training module includes seminars on stress management, self-esteem building, money management, and women’s health. -
Ongoing Support
WEN’s doors remain open to WEN graduates throughout their lives for additional training, resources, and support services.
Career Workshops
Workshops will be held at the Women's Employment Network, 920 Main Street, Suite 100, Kansas City, MO. All of the workshops are open to the public, the fee to attend is $25 per session, and advanced registration is required.
