Tonia Bomar, WEN's Employment Services Representative, is thrilled to have ROX Jobs as a new corporate partner. "WEN clients typically complain of the technological hurdles and endless job-search websites out there right now,” Bomar said. “There is a lot of frustration one faces when new to the modern job-searching environment. Overcoming Barriers to Success
WEN provides professional case management services for women who need assistance in overcoming personal obstacles to successful employment. Licensed case managers work individually with each woman to help her resolve barriers to her economic stability such as challenges with housing, domestic violence, child care, transportation, healthcare, etc.
Confidence to Succeed
Within a positive environment, WEN’s team of trainers, case managers, the Employment Services Representative and community volunteers constantly encourage women to believe in themselves and their capacity to create a better future for themselves — and their families.
